Healing the self

Truly impactful healing comes from the self. We have everything we need to heal our own wounds. It takes work, but that work is how we create lasting change.

Through the practices and guidance we offer, you will have the tools to reorganize your thinking patterns and take control of your life.

We will take you from the passenger seat of your mind, to the drivers seat

The Journey

We use a combination of targeted journaling, freewriting, workbooks, and one-on-one guidance to help reveal the beliefs influencing your thoughts and actions

Each project provides clues to help us understand the belief systems influencing your actions and thoughts. We bring awareness to these beliefs and replace the beliefs that don't serve you

This is a process for you and by you; you make the decisions on this healing journey; you choose the behaviors and beliefs you wish to replace, and what to replace them with. We are a guidance system to ensure you reach your destination.

Depending on what you need for a specific project, these are the three most common tools that we use:

  •  Targeted Journaling
    • Targeted journaling will involve asking specific questions relating the topic you chose to your personal story, these are questions meant to uncover the origins of behaviors or thought patterns, why the behavior or thought pattern is being sustained, and how it is affecting your day to day life
  • Freewriting
    • Freewriting is an exercise in just writing about the chosen topic with no agenda and observing what comes up, much like a brainstorm session. This is meant to loosen up your thinking and promote free flowing thought; helping you dive into the mechanisms of the subconscious mind
  • Workbooks
    • Our workbook exercises are designed to open up your mental flow, asking questions that connect your conscious thinking patterns to your subconscious belief structures
